The Sitterwerk Foundation cordially invites you to a book launch event with former guest artist Virginia Overton.
Presentation of the catalog for Virginia Overton's solo exhibition «Material Girl» at the Kunstmuseum Winterthur (September 5–November 9, 2025) & conversation with Barbara Biedermann (Sitterwerk Art Library), Lynn Kost (Kunstmuseum Winterthur), Moritz Lehner (Kunstgiesserei St.Gallen), and Virginia Overton.
The book provides an overview of the artist's entire oeuvre to date, whose works made from used materials follow in the tradition of ready-made art and minimal art.
